Manage your firefighters, EMTs, and support staff efficiently through the Admin Portal.

Adding Personnel

Creating New Profiles

  1. Navigate to Personnel > Add New
  2. Enter required information:
    • Name and contact details
    • Badge/ID number
    • Department and station assignment
    • Role and rank
    • Certifications

Bulk Import

For adding multiple personnel:

  1. Download the CSV template
  2. Fill in personnel data
  3. Upload the completed file

Managing Profiles

Editing Information

  • Click on any personnel name to view their profile
  • Select "Edit" to modify details
  • Save changes when complete

Certification Tracking

  • Add certifications with expiration dates
  • Set up automatic renewal reminders
  • Track training completion

Shift Management

Creating Shifts

  1. Go to Personnel > Shifts
  2. Define shift patterns (24/48, 48/96, etc.)
  3. Assign personnel to shifts

Schedule Overview

  • View monthly schedule grid
  • Check coverage levels
  • Identify staffing gaps

Roles and Permissions

Standard Roles

  • Administrator - Full system access
  • Supervisor - Department management
  • Dispatcher - Incident management
  • User - Basic access

Custom Permissions

Create custom roles with specific permissions for:

  • Viewing/editing personnel data
  • Managing incidents
  • Accessing reports
  • System configuration

Status Tracking

Availability States

  • On Duty
  • Off Duty
  • On Leave
  • Training
  • Available for Callback

Real-Time Updates

Personnel status updates sync immediately with mobile apps to ensure accurate availability information.
