Installation
Download from App Store
- Open App Store on your iOS device
- Search "First Pro Emergency Response"
- Tap "Get" to download
- Wait for installation to complete
Initial Setup
- Open the First Pro app
- Tap "Sign In"
- Enter your department code
- Enter your username and password
- Tap "Continue"
First-Time Configuration
Enable Notifications
When prompted:
- Tap "Allow" for push notifications
- This ensures you receive emergency alerts
Location Services
- Select "Allow While Using App"
- Required for navigation and location-based features
Face ID/Touch ID
Optional but recommended:
- Enable biometric authentication
- Faster app access during emergencies
